This highly interactive training will be held online using the Zoom platform.
Three consecutive Saturdays and Sundays (Saturday, September 19; Sunday, September 20; Saturday, September 26; Sunday, September 27; Saturday, October 3; Sunday, October 4)

This rate is intended primarily for individuals of historically marginalized identities, with less access to generational wealth and financial support systems. Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of registration are subject to a $50 administrative fee. After the initial 24 hours, participants who withdraw up to one week before the start of the training (September 12, 2026) will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. After that date, cancellations will result in a charge of half the cost of the training ($600). For individuals who received a discounted registration fee, cancellations after September 12, 2026 will result in a charge of half of the cost of the discounted registration. Once the training begins on September 19, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Pursuant to Part 146, court-based mediation rosters require both a combination of mediation training and experience mediating;
Acceptance on court rosters depends on a court’s need for mediators at any given time and may include a court’s need for mediators with specific case-type training or experience and mediation experience;
Final placement on any court roster is in the discretion of the local Administrative Judge.
